I found a horse! A lovely chestnut tb. Hes wonderful!

I'm looking for a horse on a very tight budget. My first horse is no longer able to do the work I want and I can't bear to give him up so I'm trying to make room for a second horse. I am looking for something youngish under 10 years old, a gelding of any solid color over 16 hands. Some down time after being off the track would be a plus but not necessary. I would consider a horse with trust issues or minor behavioral problems. I really enjoy dressage work so most of my time will be spent in the dressage arena. They must be a decent mover (not a 10 by any means), and be free of soundness issues. I hope to do some low level events (grasshopper stuff) in the future so must be jumping sound. Personality is important, the right horse will have a home for life like my boy has. I'm really interested in finding a personal horse, not a resale project. I want a horse I can build a partnership with and compete for years to come. References available. Will travel in NJ, eastern PA, northern MD, and DE.
