am looking for 6 missing/stolen thoroughbreds

nile flirt dk brown/bay mare, has caterac, T shaped scar on right front foot - wears cribbing collar

sinful betty - tb mare - red bay - two white sox behind & star, has scar on outside of right hind foot - ny state bred

chaseyoursecretary N03060 liver chestnut mare - has O shaped white star behind left ear, scar over right hip - has gray points

chasenclipse - phr registered - liver chestnut l6.2 hands has 1/2 moon star and snip - liver spots through out coat - comes to 'goober' - castrated 6-22-02 by kenneth j terry d/b/a turtle rock equine srescue

flirtnwithreign - E bay filly foaled 5-6-01 - red bay - large irreglar star - has white spot inside bulb of right hind foot -

lemhi treasure - red bay tb mare - has broken knee - adopted l0/99 from kingsbridge equine rescue

have all registration papers - ad on dreamhorse.com and web pony.com and blog on blogmaker.com to post information from anyone seeing these horses

yes I have and the woman can't do anything because the person who changed a court order has not been taken back to court yet - she is a disbarred attorney living in massachusetts - her partner in crime kenneth j terry is now living in new jersey (he should be on the sex offender registry by the way) and the rescue is closed - ken and mary are divorced as of l0/05 - mary got into my e mail account, assumed my identity and used my e mail to others, that is a federal crime - one of the settling issues with her is where my horses are - they know and have known all the time - ken just loves to hustle and turn around women - he is a sex offender in wyoming - surprised not me - the horses have to be deemed stolen property by a court of law in new hampshire before they can be put on ncic and be located - if I can't bet back into the courts (because I don't have 25,000 to pay a lawyer) then that court document can't be changed - ken claims that I never paid the board on them - he and his lawyer refused the money not once by twice - the horses are around someplace and I hav eone back - mary terry has to pay for my filly that I can't race (some 12k), pay for my stud that they gelded (some 36k) and give me cash plus pay for my attorney and the case against her will be dropped - it is a federal statute as mail is a federal offense - I am still working on this

and I own the papers, not mary terry or ken terry or turtle rock rescue - the person who owns the papers owns the horse - non profits can't charge board - the non profit was disolved in nov 2004 - ken terry got half of the grant money in the divorce settlement - why? Mary probably got beaten or something -

6-20-02 - allegedly went to a boarding farm called 'turtle rock equine
rescue" in fitzwilliam nh -

tb mare liver chestnut about l5.2 hands - Tatoo no 84 (? on letter) N
03060 - has large white star behind left ear O shaped - cowlick to left
above eye level - cowlick low at crest of neck on both sides feathered
cowlick on front of neck near base - has dark patches throught out coat
- white scar over right hip from trailer sit down accident

TB mare Lemhi treasure R 25337 - bay w/small star to right in
forehead; scattered white haris in center of face; median cowlickat eye level;
left fore' coronet and part of pastern white, lower on outide; dark
spots on coronet; left hind; patern and part of ankle white, higher on
inside and in back; dark spot on coronet on outside in front;
right hind; patern and part of ankle white, higher on inside and in
back; darn spots on coronet; Right fore; heel white

cowlick high at crest of neck on both sides

Tb mare P40909 - sinful betty - large irregular star ; median cowlick
at eye level - left hind; white to above ankle, lower in front; dark
spots on coronet;
right hind: pastern white, lower on outside; dark spots on coronet
cowlick behind poll on both sides - have bill of sale for $5,000
dated 6-11-92

liver chestnut horse - about l6.2 hands PHR registered - irregular
curved star, open to right on top and connected tapering stripe, ending
at botton of eye level; faint narrow stripe beginning to left on bridge
of nose, widening and ending in a flesh colored snip between nostrils -
median cowlick above eye level - cowlick at crest of neck on both sides
- may have been gelded by kenneth j terry d/b/a trutle rock equine
rescue

TB mare dk brown/bay Ll9677 "nile flirt" patch of white hairs on
forehead; cowlick on right above eye level
cowlick behind poll on both sides; cowlick on front of neck
wears cribbing collar, has caterac in left eye from racing accident -
has T shaped scar on right front foot from foot surgery

TB filly (mare) E04l137 - red bay with irregular white stardown past
eye level - star makes three loops sort of feathered - white spot on
inside bulb of right hind foot - starts on inside bulb and goes 1/2 way
around coronet band - filly has dark points - black mane and tail -
black points - is not tatooed - filly is a ny bred by reign road -

have not been able to located these horse sin three years - may have
been slaughtered or disposed of by kenneth j terry d/b/a turtle rock
equine rescue as he castrated my stallion and would not pay for him, put
it on the insurance as it would close the rescue - rescue was closed by
the stat e of nh in nov 2004 for neglect, non compliance issues - if
the rescue is closed adoption contracts are void - have ad on
webpony.com, dreamhorse.com - have contacted netposse but was told that since it
is a court problem then the problem (refusal of board money) then the
problemhas to be fixed first an then the horses can be listed on ncic and

I've been trying to locate my horse that was turned into TRR...was told all horses went to Prairie Sun Equine Rescue Group run by someone named Ken at 208 788 1361
