"Tune" is a 1999 chestnut TB gelding. He's a little over 16 hands. Clean and sound. Tune has a puppy dog personality. He's sweet and kind. A total barn favorite. Tune has been offered free to an approved home because he takes medication for seizures. The trainer has opted not to run him anymore because he has to be off his medication for several days before running. As long as he gets his meds (in feed twice a day/VERY cheap meds) he's fine. No problems. Trainer has ridden him on the farm and he's been easy, easy, easy! Pic does him NO justice. He's actually pretty cute! Please contact Rhonda at 330-618-9267.

Hi, Just curious if this horse is still available. Also, I was wondering is he indeed a gelding, I see he is listed as female. I look forward to hearing from you! Traci

What causes his siezures? Will this be a permanent condition for him, and how would it affect him if trained for a new "career" ie: dressage or jumping? Also, you mention the medication is cheap...how cheap? Than you! Paige

This is something he will always have, just like people. I was told the meds cost the owner around $30 for a 90 days supply. He should be fine for other disciplines. As long as he gets his meds he has no problems.

Just a note to those interested in this gelding. If you are looking at him for possible show purposes, make sure you take a look at the drug and whether it is legal, and if you'd need a vet note, nothing, or if it is always illegal. Just a note.
